By accessing and using the JuzRent website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

JuzRent provides professional rental services for landlords in Singapore, including property listing, tenant screening, legal documentation, and property management services. Our services are designed to help landlords maximize their rental income through expert property management solutions.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their properties
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account

4. Service Fees and Payment

JuzRent offers two service models:

• Fixed Fee Service: One-time payment of $599
• Commission-Based Service: 0.5% of monthly rental income

All fees are clearly stated before service commencement. Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

JuzRent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease except those that by their nature should survive termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

8. Changes to Terms

JuzRent reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
